person can fill an empty brake system in less than 15 minutes without having air in the brakes.

This is a gravity fed brake bleeder and does not require compressed air. This system is so easy that once you start the process you can walk away; come back in 15 minutes later and the job is done. Commonly used for Cleveland & Matco brakes.
